Craig has extensive experience representing businesses, homeowners associations, nonprofit corporations and individuals concerning fraud, breach of contract, directors and officer’s liability, unfair competition claims, intellectual property litigation, employment disputes as well as substantial experience in complex contract litigation, real estate, commercial leasing, construction and development disputes. Craig has also successfully represented individuals who have sustained catastrophic injuries in motor vehicle accidents, toxic tort exposure, mold exposure and intentional torts.
Craig has 18 years of experience in mediation, arbitration, trial and appellate experience, and has appeared before courts, planning commissions, city councils and administrative agencies representing his clients in a variety of land use issues. He has also been designated to testify as an expert witness in legal malpractice actions.
